Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, large livingroom, garden foyer entry,

Sleeping arrangements: master bedroom with Queen bed, second bedroom has truddle twin beds (pull out to make one bed). This bedroom also has its own door to outside. Futon in livingroom for two (2) more.

Large back deck overlooks tiki hut. This large (40 x 25 ) deck has outside living roonm area, with hammock, and TV. However, when owner is in, he does not mind persons using this large deck, even though you have your own deck. Remember also the shared Roof Terrace Deck (1800 sf) upstairs, with its own gazebo. Lots of neat places to have quiet time.

Note: Go to My Daughter's Place and view that 2 bedroom apartment, as we usually do not rent the Owner's Option if the Daughter's Place is available.

All utensils, appliances, linens provided. Washer/dryer also in unit.
